Day 1: Arrive Bangkok and transfer to your hotel.
Overnight Bangkok.
Day 2:  Visit the most famous monasteries in Thailand; the Marble Temple, the temple of the Reclining Buddha and the Golden Buddha Temple. In the afternoon visit the splendid Grand Palace complex and the Royal Temple of the Emerald Buddha. This evening enjoy an authentic Thai dinner followed by a performance of Thai classic music and dancing. The glittering costumes and the graceful movements of the dancers will make this evening memorable.

Day 3:  Early morning excursion to Damnoen Saduak floating market.
Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4:  Depart Bangkok to Kanchanaburi to visit the Allied War Cemetery, the Jeath Museum and the famous bridge over the River Kwai. Take a train on Death Railway and then a long-tailed motorboat for a trip on the Kwai Noi River through the splendid tropical landscape.

Day 5:  A full day visit to Erwan National Park to explore the tropical forest and the seven-tier Erawan Waterfall. Time for relaxation and swimming with a picnic lunch beside the falls. Overnight River Kwai. (BL)
Day 6:  Depart for
Ayutthaya to visit the magnificent ruins of the former capital of Thailand, from the 14-century until its destruction by the Burmese in 1767.
Continue to Phistanulok for overnight. (B)
Day 7:  Morning visit to Sukhothai, the first and the oldest of Thailand’s capitals (AD 1250-1350), where the Grand Palace and many temples are preserved as historically valuable monuments. Travel to Lampang, the town on the bank of Wang River which has a remote atmosphere similar to Chiang Mai fifty years ago.

Day 8:  Visit the charming and historic city of Lampang, continue to The Elephant Center, dedicated to the protection and conservation of the elephant ,which is an intrinsic part of Thailand's cultural heritage.
Continue by car to Chiang Mai, visit local handicraft industries such as paper umbrellas, silk, silverware and lacquerware enroute.

Day 9:  Visit Doi Suthep Monastery, situated of a mountaintop with splendid views of the surrounding countryside followed by a visit to a  Meo hill-tribe village.
Afternoon at leisure.

Day 10:   Transfer to Chiang Mai airport.
