Day
1: Arrive Istanbul and
transfer to your hotel.
Day
2: Full day historical
Istanbul tour; visit St. Sophia Museum once the largest Christian Church in
the world, Topkapi Palace, the Imperial Residence of Ottoman Sultans, with
displays of priceless world-class collection of artifacts, jewelry and rare
porcelain, the Blue Mosque, unique with its six minarets, and famous for its
blue Iznik tiles, Hippodrome Square where ancient chariot races were held, and
then visit the world famous grand covered bazaar. (B)
Day
3: Visit the Egyptian
spice market, and then embark on a Bosphorus boat tour viewing the beauty of
the European and Asian shorelines on either side. After lunch at a local fish
restaurant, visit Camlica hill and tour Beylerbeyi Palace, the summer
residence of the Ottoman sultans with its magnificent gardens. (B)
