Day 1:  Morning departure from your hotel for a 2.5-hour drive to Hoa Binh.  Sightseeing enroute, visit Lac and Van villages. Continue to Mai Chau, home to the White Thai and H’mong hilltribes. The rest of the day and evening you will visit with the villagers and experience their daily activities.
Overnight in a stilt-house in local village.  (D)
Day 2:  Enjoy visiting local villages and hiking through the area before returning to Hanoi. (B).
